Everything & Everywhere
This book is utterly beautiful! I’ve already read through a few times with my daughter since she received it on Christmas, and each time I find new details, text, and loveliness to absorb. In a nutshell, it’s an artist’s rendition of places in the world. A smattering of facts, images, animals, landscapes, scenery, and anecdotes that give a visual to how very diverse and varied our globe really is. It kind of reminds me of Peter Spier’s People, a book I poured over as a child, getting lost in the thousands of details. Reading this has already inspired curiosity and wanderlust, as I want to make plans visit each location in the book.
