Stuck is a wonderful example of the power of a child’s imagination and logic. When Floyd's kite gets stuck in a tree, he's determined to get it back...But how?
His solution is to hurl his shoe at it, to knock it free, obviously! But unfortunately, that too gets stuck. Hmm...well, the only logical next course of action must be...to throw his other shoe! Oh darn, now that’s stuck too! What a pickle!!
There must surely be some object he can use to get his kite unstuck. An orangutan? A boat? His front door? Why yes, yes, and yes, all brilliant ideas!
And on it goes... Stuck delights children and adults alike with its silliness and humor. Oliver Jeffers' delights us yet again.
