Escargot is cutest little snail you’ll ever meet. Savvy, sassy, proud of his French heritage and tastes- notably his passion for a crouton salad with a light vinaigrette. Escargot is a strong advocate for snails and wishes he might just sway you-the reader- to declare a snail as your favorite animal.
