The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morrie Lessmore is 🙌🏻🙌🏼🙌🏽🙌🏾🙌🏿! The illustrations, the story, the memorable scenes, Mr. Morris’ quiet affirmations that “every story matters.” This book is so unlike any other that I find it challenging to sum up in a quick synopsis other than noting it is definitely worthy of an indulgent read (preferably on a cozy couch with a warm mug of tea). Mr. Morris’ farewell bid to his beloved library, “I’ll carry you all in here” is reminiscent of how I feel about many stories I’ve absorbed, lived, and loved.
